Looking for LLT to LFX swap details

My car has 162K miles on it and just found out that the timing chain among other things are having issues. I am interested in possibly swapping in an LFX motor. I have priced both LLT's and LFX and the LFX is around $1500 cheaper with less mileage for an engine with 5k 5 year warranty. So my question is:
Does anybody have a list of exactly what needs to be done to complete this swap? Is there a parts list of items like adapters anything like that etc.?

What issues are you having with the LLT?

Two weeks ago while driving back to work from lunch I started hearing a ticking in the engine that wasn't there when I went to lunch. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, so I had the car taken to our mechanic to be checked out. I was told the timing is off timing chain is probably stretched. The oil pressure sensor is also bad as it was reading something ridiculous like 1300psi. The car has also started burning oil, I had just put in a quart of oil after only 900 or so miles, possibly rings. There were multiple other codes as well. The cost of repairing these items would probably be just about as much as a new engine. I was advised to either get rid of the car or have the engine replaced. If I get rid of it now I would get virtually nothing for it, so I would rather replace the engine and enjoy it for 5-10 more years.
