HELP!!! Lots of codes!!!

The car is a 17 Auto ZL1 W/ 29K miles, Only mods are Roto-fab and a TM TB

I keep getting the following codes and seem to only get them after sitting all night, car runs the same as always doesn't even seem like it has a misfire.

P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire
P050D Cold start rough idle
U0401 Invalid data received from ECM/PCM "A"
C0242 PCM indicated PCM malfunction
U042B Invalid data received from chassis control module "A"
P0300 Random/Multiple cylinder misfire
And random diff faults

Started about 2 weeks ago so I took it to the dealer and they said it was because I have the fuse out for the exhaust valves , I paid the diagnostics fee and took my car back. I've had that fuse off since 2017 and no issues till now.

So what i have done since is put a new battery just in case its because of low voltage since it seems to only happen after its been sitting. I swapped Cyl 1 and Cyl 2 ignition coils to see if the issues followed the coil. And I removed Cyl 1 spark plug to look at it. I did this yesterday so I'll wait a couple days to see how this effects anything. Car is out of bumper to bumper but has power-train warranty.

Not a fuse issue, sounds like a bus/wiring issue.

Take it to another dealer, seams like power-train warranty should cover it. Could be a PC or a harness, maybe even a ground. Have you inspected the wiring for corrosion?

I have seen other posts on this forum where misfire issues were cleared with new plugs.

It is worth the gamble because new plugs are not that expensive.

I have not inspected any of the wiring and I will do spark plugs this weekend. I really don't think they are real codes, I do think it is an electrical issue but drive train warranty doesn't cover modules or wiring of any sort, per dealer.

I got those many codes like that after flashing the PCM. They were "Permanent" codes, though. What are you reading the codes with? A reader, from like Autozone, or something like that?

There have been reports of plug wires wiggling loose. After replacing the plugs, as already suggested, I'd just make sure you get good wire engagement on all the coils and plugs from the wires.

I wonder if you're battery was going bad and the voltage was dropping. Like I mentioned earlier, some of the codes you outlined, would pop-up after a flash. Those would usually go away over time with driving the car. Since you've replaced the battery, I'd just drive the car and see if those codes go away after several cold starts.

I havent flashed the car, I am using one of those cheap Amazon special bluetooth scanners(BlueDriver) The only "Permanent" code is P050D Cold start rough idle

I havent replaced the plugs or coils until yesterday when I removed Cyl 1 plug to inspect it so they shouldnt be loose.

I will drive it around and hopefully it was just the battery being junk.

I can tell you a low battery has scared me many times with my Corvette. Hopefully that is it.

Get rid of that TB for starters... that is if you have the old one. All kinds of issues pop up with those.

If it were me, before I'd change anything I would bring the car back to 100% stock and work from there. Even a loose rotofab clamp will give crazy errors that have nothing to do with the loose clamp, car is misfiring, doesnt mean what you think.

My feeling is spark plug replacement, swap to stock throttle body, and recheck all connections to the rotofab including the electrical connection to the MAF. Disconnect battery for 10 min then reconnect. Clear codes and retry.

I got the exact same issue on cyl 8. Change your plugs. If you want to do a little diagnostics, swap the plug/coil/wire to a different cylinder one at a time. Each time clear the codes and test run it. If the misfire follows the component, you found your failed part.
