Misinformation

I may have received some inaccurate info from my dealer. I was under The impression the 10L90 was paired with the 2.85 rear gears. I looked into it and can’t find much info at all. So I may have been wrong, my apologies!

I kept looking and MXO 10 speed auto shows for all trim levels but does not distinguish between the 10L80 and 10L90, but 2.83 will come with the auto in the ss 1le.

Bad Info

My dealer gave me sketchy info, I can’t find anything about it, so the mystery continues.

Almost can guarantee it’s the same ss trans with the 1le, which means it will have cylinder deactivation like the regular ss.

Full order book with all specs. 10L90 from ZL1, and 2.85 rear gears from CTS-V. The 1LE is gonna do work!
Okay I think this is going to make me wait for a 2021 rather than a 2020 or 2019. Now to decide on color.

Rally Green, Gray, or Crush.

but then I read this https://gmauthority.com/blog/2020/04...ne-key-update/

The SS trim level also includes the naturally aspirated 6.2L LT1 V8 engine, which produces 455 horsepower and 455 pound-feet of torque. When mated to the six-speed manual transmission, a 3.73 rear axle is used. Meanwhile, opting for the 10-speed automatic adds a 2.85 rear axle on 2021 Camaro models.

Does that change anything?

The SS 1LE with the A10 does in fact come with a 2.85 rear axle ratio, the same as the ZL1 with the A10. Non-1LE SS with the A10 still comes with a 2.77 rear axle ratio.

Get the new color "Wild Cherry". From what I see on the order guide Chevy is going to hype this new color in accessories etc.
