The problem you encountered, from what I understand, was on originally installed NPP systems. Correct? And wasn't it addressed by a change to the valves in newer versions of the exhaust?
Yeah twice, and it kept coming back. So I said to hell with it and bought a non NPP axleback. Not sure but it happens to a lot of people with NPP. My buddy has a 2018 (mine is 2017) and his rattles and buzzes.

Maybe you need to keep them past the first oil change before the rattle might appear?

Touche!

LOL

But man even with the extra tip cleaning and possible rattles NPP makes these cars for me. Quiet when I need need that and a sweet sound when I am out for fun. And even with LTs no drone.

I only took the liberty because I have owned two dozen vehicles in three dozen years.

We both need to get some help or an intervention.

I’ve slowed down of late. Used to log 25k / year on my vehicles and burned through them quick enough that I didn’t want to keep them past a couple of years. Just bought the Camaro. Before that was the 2015 Silverado (new) and I still have that as my DD.

The automatic LT1s have launch control, but the manual LT1 does not. At least I couldn't seem to make my manual LT1 engage launch control. Anyone else tried LC on their manual LT1? The manual LT1 does have no-lift shift (NLS).

In the winter on a cold day mine has a slight rattle for about 30sec to a minute then stops. In the summer no rattle at all. It never bothered me a bit. I wouldn't even have noticed it until I heard people here complain.

The SS is a little faster that the LT1. Probably a different tune.
