How long have orders been taking typically? Looking to possibly place an order the beginning of March.

Mine took 7-8 weeks to get to Ontario. I ordered my 17 March 24 and it showed first or second week of may.

Placed the order for mine about a week and a half ago. 1SS 1LE in Mosaic Black. No other options. Was originally going to go with Hyper Blue, then Garnet Red, but finally went with the black. Only thing that sucks is it'll likely be sitting at the dealer until it's warm enough to take delivery. Oh and once the snow starts melting, so basically end of March. I figure it'll be coming in sometime around end of February. My brother did a factory order for an ATS-V last year and he ordered after I did and it arrived at the end of February, so given it's the same plant I think I'll be pretty accurate.

Theyre going to want you to take delivery as soon as it shows up.

No they'll keep it in the showroom if need be. We use a smaller GM store about an hour out of town and know the higher ups there well enough. When my brother took delivery of his Caddy last year he did the same thing and it was no issue.

I would say that depends on the dealer. Mine seemed to want to move it as fast as possible. I don't blame them when I look at the corvettes in the showroom and see all the scratches.

That's good if they are willing. Dealers around here make you come get your car within 7 days of arrival or they reserve the right to sell it and keep your deposit. Has been my experience with ordering cars and was what they told me when I considered ordering one before I found mine on the lot.

Yea no these guys are good. We buy enough cars from them both personally and wholesale (my brother and I own a used dealership in town and we deal with them often enough on lease returns, wholesale units, etc...) so there is a working relationship already.

Hoping when I go to the Toronto car show next month they have a 1LE there since I've never actually seen one, let alone driven one. Only 6th gen I've driven was a turbo 6spd RS pkg. It was ok, so with almost double the power I figure it should do the trick :P

Provided the weather holds, I'll be picking mine up Saturday. Ordered Jan 17, built on March 5th, arrived at the dealer a week later. Pretty damn good delivery time I think.

Silver Ice Metallic 2SS 1LE, black bow ties, Nav, PDR - ordered March 3rd, told it is scheduled to be built April 9th. Dealer thinks I will have it by end of April.

Hi all I was hoping to have some insight on this purchase. I was able to get bring this car down to (using Asian conquest, School and 6% off) 38,990. After tax it comes out to 43,115. Do you think there is more room in there for a sale? It’s a 1SS 1LE being shipped from Ohio. I don’t believe it has PDR.

Thanks for any help in this matter.
