Talking Flowmaster American Thunder on Non NPP. Drone?

Hi All this is my first thread as i just got a 2016 2ss convertible last weekend. I have been looking for months, and the deal i got was too hard to pass up especially the color i was looking for.

ANYWAY, I really wanted NPP for obvious reasons, but this one did not come with that option. I am looking to see if anyone has a Non NPP model that has added an American Thunder Axel Back exhaust. I have a few questions.

Will i experience drone?
Compared to stock how much of an improvement in sound will i experience?

I have not had the set on my Camaro, however I can say being familiar with that type of muffler, you will experience drone. It is a VERY deep sound that will amplify in the cabin. It may be even worse being that you're a convertible. If this is a daily driver or a vehicle you plan to go on long trips with, I don't recommend it.

Of course everyone has different sensitivity levels to drone.
