Oh so tempting, I just saw the ZL1 in person at my dealership on the showroom floor! Black on Black, PDR, M6... makes me want to trade the F1FTY!!!

I toughed it out and went to the Coffee and Cars this morning at Memorial. Was super tired but super worth it. Met some of the guys from the Camaro club. I'll most definitely make it to some of the events. Unfortunately the Woodlands are a little far for me to make it so I won't be there tomorrow. Working on joining the club. Hope to meet soon!

Can you put a hitch on a 2017 ZL1? I would have to have one for my bike rack. If that works I might kick my BMW M235i xdrive to the curb and get a ZL1. I drove a 2SS last spring while I was getting the oil changed on my Colorado and was very impressed but it didn't really seem faster than the BMW. The ZL1 would be a more visceral performance upgrade.

Becky, was this a customer ordered Camaro? It's beautiful. I would prefer a Garnet Red because of the color contrast. It was also the color displayed when the ZL1 was first advertised. I haven't got wrapped around the axle regarding the new wheels like some of the members. One could just exchange them for something they do like. Surely it isn't a "deal-breaker". Of course most won't be ordering a ZL1 any time soon.

I think that's great that your next Camaro will be the ZL1 10-speed in white. I'm not a fan of white, but I respect your choice. Since I recently added a Procharger supercharger to my '16 2SS I'm done spending $$ on "Maddy". Although I'm sure the factory ZL1 is quicker than mine at least I can keep up for a little while. LOL

Odd, When I looked at it on Saturday it was full MSRP on the window sticker... no markup!

A salesman posted it on Facebook sweet rides of central Texas for $10k over. I filled out a Costco request for the car and the internet manager contacted me confirming the $10k over he said he could do $5k over. I told him I wasn't interested at that price. someone from Costco called me and asked if I had heard from the dealership and I told her they wanted over Msrp and I wasn't interested paying over sticker. She went on to say they have a deal with the dealership for supplier pricing and that's the price I should pay. Later in the day I received a voicemail from someone else from the Costco auto program and he said he was contacting them to honor the supplier pricing. As of now I haven't heard from anyone else. I'll probably wait and try Henna or Covert.
