Hello from Ohio!

Hi everyone, new Camaro owner checking in from Ohio. I bought my 2023 2SS in Riverside Blue in March of 2024. I absolutely love it and was my "attainable dream car" since I was a kid. At 36 I finally was in financially comfortable enough to pay for it in full up front.

This thing puts a huge smile on my face every time I drive it, or just look at it! It's currently stored away for winter and I'm patiently waiting for the salt to go away.

I've been looking over these forums for months but I'm finally able to post. Lots of great knowledge in here and a lot of nice Camaros! P.S. - I'm a longtime Chevy guy and still have my first-ever vehicle which is a 1998 K1500 Silverado stepside standard cab OBS pickup, which I'm currently restoring. Thanks for you time and safe travels out there!

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Love the color! It really pops and adds so much personality to the ride. I’m also thinking about purchasing a bright car this time around—something bold and eye-catching. I might even post a picture of it on meetmyage to attract some attention. Honestly, my dating life has been pretty lame lately, and I feel like a new car could give me a fresh start and boost my confidence. Sometimes, a little change in style can do wonders, right? It could even be a great conversation starter.
