Flex Fuel Day and Got the tune ready to roll

Heading off to Killer Performance this morning to get my Flex Fuel setup done. Got the tune built so gotta load that later. Will probably just put some E30 in it to make sure the sensor is working properly then wait till the weather warms here in Missouri to move up the E content. All service stations are on the winter blend so no need to hurry. When I get back I still need to install my Pray Ported intake and Katech ported TB and get my Roto Fab ordered. Probably get it on the dyno sometime next month once I can get some higher E to go with all my mods. Keeping totally stock exhaust on this one.

I voided the warranty on my 16 SS with just 2500 miles on it when we did the Maggie 2300 so I guess this one will go bye bye also. I was originally going to buy an Atsv with no warranty for almost 10k more so I guess I'm ok voiding this one. I may not load the tune yet since we are still on winter blend E85 so no hurry. I need to install the IM and TB. I'll get my Roto Fab ordered today and hopefully have it Friday or Monday. If the weather doesn't get to bad Thursday I'd like to get a baseline dyno this coming weekend and then install everything and load the tune after that, then dyno again.

Id be interested in seeing airflow lbs/min and cyl airflow before and after mods for comparison purposes, as well as dyno numbers.

Unfortunately on my own car, i didnt take any logs and knew very little about tuning a modern car prior to putting my PC in.

Ive heard that 2019+ also has factory widebands? My 2020 silverado does on both banks if i remember correctly. Ive heard they are harder to tune and more sensitive to alterations (throwing codes). My silverado takes something like $1200 just to unlock all the systems to be able to tune it. I assume the ecm is a similar model between the two, but dont actually know. Does yours require the ecm to be sent in for unlock?

I'm not aware of having to send the ECU, I know the TCM is not tunable at this time. Hp Tuners allowed me to upload the stock file, when I was going to load the new E85 file it told me I was a credit short but didn't say I couldn't tune the ECU.

That is the plan for now, but since I'm considered elderly at 70 years old who knows what's next.

No way he’s staying NA. King, Rad, and I have yet to even begin the peer pressure campaign.

I was surprised with the manifold move. I thought for sure this man has a 2650 maggy ready to go.

Need a HHP TCM T87a swap then you can tune the trans.

No Widebands on a 2019 ZL1(I assume SS would be similar) and the ECU doesn't need to be sent out. The TCM does...last year HPt can unlock. 2020+ and some 2019 ZLE have to swap back to a T87a modded by HHP.

I'm picking up a fresh batch of E70 today, my buddy has a VP station and mixes his own E with X98 and 93 octane at the pump. Right now he has the highest E content in the area so gonna pick up 20 gallons today so I'll be ready to load my tune with some fresh fuel.
Where is the TCM on these Camaro's if I decide to send it off? I heard it was up front someplace close to the ECU. Does HP Tuners still charge $400 to unlock? How many credits for the TCM tuning?
