I am a long term porsche owner and ive never owned a camaro. I have to say that i am beyond impressed with this car so far and i cant wait to get it on a racetrack.
Great price and vehicle. I too am a long time Porsche fan. ( I used to work for them) The Americans really have stepped up their game immensely. I can not wait to get my 1LE. I am waiting until spring though. Good to know that Koons is consistently low with their pricing. You are the second person to say that kind of pricing.

On what exactly, is this one $1500 rebate, and are there special qualifications? I can't find that anywhere on Chevrolets website?

Any help would be great as I am picking my car up in a few days most likely.

If I could find one and pay only 39k, I'd have it now.

Just looked on Koons website and spoke to a chat person, they have a few listed for $40,915, but you have to qualify for various rebates, like leasing a GM vehicle ($500), leasing a non GM vehicle ($500), and being a Farm Bureau member ($500). If not, add $1500 to that for a total of $42,415.

There is $1500 if the unit is bonus tagged by the dealer. Not all units qualify for this.

I believe the salesman did use the term "tagged car". I didn't ask for the details. It just seemed like a great deal so i drive it home.

I also got a $700 Costco gift card with the deal. Its important to tell the dealer that you are a Costco member.

it's kind of funny that we all -- me too -- want to see pictures of the car we already have sitting in our garages, no?

What determines what doesn't qualify? Should I even bother to ask my dealer on a special order?

They have a blue and grey in transit. I dont understand why they have and are getting so many 1LE's. I couldn't find one at any dealers in Maryland.
The salesman and the managers had no clue what a 1le is. They seemed to think they are normal camaros.
