I've been using the GM card for years and its saved me from about $250 to more than $1000 and I use it only for fuel. I should expand my use and earn more points. I used my last one on my 2015 Malibu and saved $565 in addition to USAA, Military discount, dealer and manufacturer discounts. My Malibu listed for $37k and I bought it for $27, 500. I need to be saving for my 6th Gen Camaro in about a year. Looking forward to that.

Good way to go. That's a good chunk of change off that Malibu lol.

Got the disappointing $750 offer in mail today along with about $186 I already had there. Hope this is just an offer and not the typical 2k-3k offer I have gotten in the last 2 year each. If so, I will pass and not upgrade to a Camaro 2016. On the other hand, if this is a separate offer and get the 2k-3k top off, I will be trading Shakira for a 2016 RS 1LT hyper blue model.

I just got the Extended Family card so I could combine with Supplier Pricing, but it's only 1% and points expire after 7 years. I guess the 7 years probably wouldn't be a problem but 1% takes a long time and a lot of usage to add up.

I did the Airline mileage card this year and got way more $$ value in miles than I would have at 1%. Spent around 30k on it which would only be 300 bucks on the GM card. I think I'll use one card and the wife can use the other this year and see how it goes.

No used, but you can use it on 2015 left overs and the 2016's.
