I think I have a good idea, but have no idea how to do this. The plug that goes in the firewall side can the cad file be edited to be able to fit a cable gland? I will add a photo of one if I can figure out how. But it would be perfect for adding wires into the cabin, and it’s also overkill but I still like the idea.

Here's a link to an old post. I used Hillman plugs which are sold at any hardware store which has a fastener aisle with those little boxes on pull-out shelves.

Here is my process: I printed the two plugs out of ABS.

The fire wall connection looks like this with a 10mm nut:

The hose connection at the intake pathway looks like this:

And the rubber hose clamps are easily opened and removed as they just use push-clips.

The diaphragm is held with T50 Torx bolts:

With the hose removed, you have this:

The result at the firewall is this piece with butyl gasketing:

The result at the intake pathway is this plug that fits perfectly:

The result is very noticeable. All of the intake noise is gone. The chugging noise from V4 mode is gone. The cabin is much more comfortable.
