For what it's worth, mine was built on 10/8 and was loaded on a truck yesterday and dealer expects it this weekend. That being said, I am close enough to bypass rail and get it straight from the plant on a truck so that helps.

Awesome, congrats! Unfortunately looks like in the current climate cars can sit at the rail yard for who knows how long. Trying my best to continue being patient but knowing it exists is torture.

4200 as of last weekend, ETA 11/11 (was 11/5 two weeks ago). Another dealer I spoke with called and has apparently ordered almost identical car(1SS1LE Vivid— same except cargo net) ETA 11/24. They think it’s an honor to pay $3k over sticker for the privilege of getting a car. And, yes, I can do without. Just don’t want to miss what may be the last season at Auto Club Speedway.

Will do. My car was built on 10/20 and still sitting in Lansing as of yesterday. I noticed other cars ordered by Joe taking about 12-16 days to arrive in Detroit right now so I'm hoping for a phone call from Joe in the next week or so saying to book my plane ticket.

Hanover is the closest location I've seen to me on the forum, and you are in the same county, so you are pretty much a neighbor LOL. I'm actually in Mattapoisett.

Messaged GM help line yesterday and they said my expected dealer delivery date is 11/10. I don’t know how accurate this is but after 6 months I can’t help but be so anxious that I feel sick. This is gonna be a BRUTAL week. Hope I like the car

I see you went with the I4-turbo. I originally was going to do the V6 but thats a pipe dream at this point so I did another build and did the turbo engine instead. I see you are in Miami. I am having a helluva time in upstate, NY getting any dealer to really "work" for me on this. They either dont seem interested, want a huge non-refundable deposit or take forever to get back to me and provide information.

Getting sick of this. Really close to killing the whole thing and getting something else.

nah man don't give up, i would say go to a different dealer maybe Kerbeck Chevrolet(now Ciocca Chevrolet) in Atlantic city, NJ or Whitmoyer Chevrolet in mount joy, PA(that is where streetspeed717 hangs out a lot, hell you might pick up his old corvette ZR1) the point is to call around the upstate NY area, take your specs and see who is better and also make a list of all the dealer fees(that's what i did) you also got to put your foot down on these mofos because they might not take you serious about your business, i mean i have a dealer in south Florida(i mean open an business ethics investigation on the company) that likes to rip-off people because of the high fees and practices.

I'm lucky to live in a major population center(not a small town) and able to go to 10-15 different Chevy dealers without them knowing my name

So great news! My order was picked up 10/15 and should be built this next week! Unfortunately, my dealership kept telling me they would let me know when they hear anything, and I even contacted the salesperson the last week of October, and they said nothing has changed. If I had not randomly checked the build status at chevy.com I still would not know. Let that be a lesson for everyone else.

Sales person said my car is now expected Monday the 8th - what he was looking at actually had a time estimate of 1:37 PM local time (may be VINView that was mentioned in another post as something GM was trying to roll out?) That means about 3 months from placing the order, and just under 3 weeks from when it was built.

JKSully I’m assuming ours will be on same truck? Last I heard was last week when got email of preliminary of 11/10.. so at any point next week I’ll be happy bc I ordered mine 1st day in April could order 22s. Let’s go! Lol

You know you have the option to order through Joe on these forums? Bonus he'll have the car shipped to you when it gets to his dealer here in Detroit...
