I’ve become very patient waiting on this car since May. Has definitely been brutal. Just hope it’s really a car I love!

I saw lethal make a video basically saying v6s for 2022 aren’t happening. Not saying his information is 100% correct though.

One of the best ways to gauge production is to read Joe’s status thread, or at least scroll the last page or two each day. I’ve seen a few people’s cars built this week that have been in this long wait with me, so cars are rolling off the assembly line.

LethalCamaro’s info… may be some truth there, may not. I treat his channel about the same as I do GMAuthority. Until it’s officially confirmed it’s just a rumor.

My M6 SS with NPP was just built this week, so take the "manual trans for LT1 shortage" with a grain of salt - there was a recent constraint for M6 w/out NPP, maybe that's what he meant.

That being said, my car has not shipped yet so there's always the chance it was built shy for some other shortage.

Congrats JKSully! I saw Joe confirm your build the other day, nice to see the progress! Someone in that thread had their car show up at the dealer a day or two later… I’m assuming they must have been very close to landing though for that turn around!

Yeah, no train transport for that one, unlike mine. I'm checking Jack Cooper Transport's info periodically for info at this point, it's moved from one parking spot to another a couple of times already, so hopefully that means it can be started and moved under its own power and therefore isn't built shy.... Fingers crossed!

Great - sorry I asked. . What the hell. I know its only October 20th but its going to be November soon.... then....you know. Its getting harder and harder for me to just sit here and wait when theres no end in sight and more and more bad news about the V6 especially. Geezus.

I hate to "go here" but there are other choices in my price range and those dont seem to have such wishy-washy delivery problems. Yes, there are delays but the time frames are roughly the same for everyone and the information is way more consistent & authemtic. Not saying Im going with those as of yet but man we need some positive news here for us whom are not buying loaded SS's or ZL1s.

Terrific, lol. Might be time to scarp the V6 entirely for any of us that ordered one within the last few months. Its not a priority for the Camaro builds Im sure and this isnt going to suddenly go away in a month. Love to find a 2021 hitting a dealer at the right time, even with a Turbo-4. Id possibly jump it.

Duly noted. At least Joe is getting allocations and will probably get cars to fill orders too. Thats more than most dealers like mine can say!

My M6 LT1 was built 10/7, and is currently in the rail yard awaiting a train. ETA according to my dealer is 11/8.

Looking at what Joe reports 1G1FH1R72N0103736 is the last VIN he has listed. My cars VIN ends in 0734. So since Aug 26th they have only made 3000ish more. Production is at a crawl and I am hoping you guys get your cars sooner than later.

Also the V6 motor is supposed to be constrained until November based on other post I have seen.

Mid November and thats the earliest. Not good at all. Making me want to rip up my current order which hasnt been accepted anyways and build a new one with the Turbo-4 to see if thats got more of a chance. This sucks.

Ask your dealer to submit an order both ways , if your really open to either. If the T4 gets picked up, run with it.
