Weird Rattling Noise
My car has 28k miles on it. this noise recently popped up and its super annoying. The sound comes and goes but when its there it doesn't go away until I stop driving. Any ideas on what it is or what I can do about this?!

I have no idea at all what the "noise" is from that video. I heard one "whump" noise and a bunch of "chug chug" sort of noises that remind me of a 70's muscle car idling.

Sounds like possibly an exhaust leak.

Do you have an aftermarket exhaust installed?

Lube the rear most rubber exhaust hangers.

I’m having a similar issue with my car right now, but not as crazy as yours. |

The best way to find a squeak, rattle, etc. is get your ear on or next to it when it is happening. It is easier said than done though.
My Camaro had a rattle underneath at start up. I thought it was for sure an exhaust shield. Nope, it was coming from inside the stock muffler. I got under the car and listened carefully and I heard the noise within the muffler. I replaced the stock muffler with MBRP first, then dual Flowmasters. Noise went away, so it was a defective stock muffler. Car was out of warranty so I did not go to the dealer.
