Best brakes and Rotors Under $500 ?

What are your experiences and suggestions..want to upgrade my stopping power without breaking the bank here.. so what are the best brakes and rotors for both axles under $500 ? Links would be a great help.
Prefer slotted and drilled rotors.

So you prefer your rotors to crack?

If it's not on this site it's most likely not any good.

The stock kit seems to work just fine. I would just replace the OEM equipment which would get you close.

An 500 bucks won’t go far won’t even cover one axle.

$500? good luck. I don’t even think eBay sells them that cheap. $500 might cover one axle. Maybe.

Upgrade your stopping power by upgrading your tires. OE brake pads & rotors are plenty capable of staying cool enough even under advanced driver pace on stock tires.

Brake hardware has no effect on peak braking force until they fade.
