ABS pump or modulator valve failure, see post #2 here:

http://www.duramaxforum.com/forum/20...10-1000-a.html

Before going to the dealer try this:

"May only need Ohm meter and test light to check the circuit:

Circuit/System Testing
Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the EBCM.
Test for less than 5 ohms of resistance between the ground circuits terminals E and F and ground.
⇒ If greater than the specified range, test the ground circuit for an open/high resistance."

From the service Manual

DTC C0110 Circuit Description

The electronic brake control module (EBCM) supplies ground to activate the Antilock Brake System (ABS) pump motor. An internal system relay in the EBCM supplies battery positive voltage to the pump motor when the ignition is turned ON. The EBCM monitors pump motor feedback voltage after activation to detect a stalled or binding pump motor.

DTC C0110 Pump Motor Circuit
1. Remove the electronic brake control module (EBCM) from the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV). Refer to Electronic Brake Control Module Replacement.
2. Inspect the EBCM to BPMV connector for conditions which could cause an intermittent, such as damage, corrosion, poor terminal contact, or presence of brake fluid.
Is the connector OK and the cavity free of brake fluid?
1. If connector corrosion or damage is evident, replace the BPMV and/or EBCM as necessary.
2. If brake fluid is present, replace both the BPMV and EBCM. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement and Electronic Brake Control Module Replacement.

If there is no evidence of connector issue, or brake fluid present, then it's likely a faulty BPMV or EBCM.

Major shoutout to the people in this forum. I had my headers installed for about 2 months and I noticed earlier this week when I did a pull my ABS and service stabilitrack came on...I turned the car off for 15 seconds and drive again. I did a hard pull again and I get the same warning. As mentioned on the first page, I removed the coolant tank and BAM there go the issue.. I taped it and zip tied it and issue never came back... I thought it was a bad sensor or something. It saved me some time from going to the dealership for something they couldn't find.

This just saved my track season!!! I’ve had these same issues tracking the car… in fact I’ve chewed through 2 sets of tires at Gingerman where ABS shut off hard braking into turn 11 and flat spotting my tires.

The previous owner installed an American Racing Long Tube full system on it, so I checked under my coolant tank… burned through harness.

2 sets of tires, 2 wheel speed sensors, nearly dying. I’ve finally found the fix!

tytytyty!
