Service Rear Vision System

Anyone else get this error message? Seems to be cold weather related but dealership could not diagnose - of course it was “working” when I had my car in. Service writer suggested bringing it in when the message popped up...guess I’ll Ricky Bobby it in reverse on the expressway next time there is an error...

I share your pain, something similar happened to me around October.
It's just literally just happened to me again and it was worse this time.
Hopefully you can see the gif I attached.

I hope someone can come in and give some advice!!

Edit: New to iPhones and this gif isn't working. Gif was supposed to show that the screen is flickering like crazy.

I see it from time to time, but it's usually gone right after I notice it.
