Well that's good to know. I haven't tried the 0 - 60 yet on my SS.

Those are some good times though! Best I recorded in my 2010 LT/RS with the A6 was 5.7 - 5.8, and that was with intake/exhaust/ported throttle body/manifold. Other guys with the V6 recorded better times, but that was the best I could do.

I think with as many mods as I had on the 6th gen V6, it would be very low 5s, if not a tenth below 5 sec with a perfect run.

Best I've done is a 5.7. Car does not like the WOT 1-2 shift at all.

Well, resurrecting this thread. Stock except for Trifecta tune. Had between half and 3/4 a tank of gas and a passenger in the car.

Second attempt, car was just flashed a day ago so the ecu may still be learning. This was after driving for about 30 minutes.

I tried using the android app torque to log speed and acceleration but it uses the phone's gps to log speed for some odd reason and gps speed lags and isn't accurate enough.

Guess i'll need to find something better i can run on my laptop to connect to the obd2 scanner to log some actual speed and data.

First and only 0-60 run I've done I got 5.3 seconds. This was just with mashing the peddle all the way down with no launch & wetish road so lots of spin. I believe I could get 5.1 with a good launch and good traction.

I'm confident on a non heat soaked car and just me with much less fuel in the tank I'll beat 5.1 from idle.

The 0-60 is timed using the actual wheel speed so I doubt that is right especially if you say there was lots of wheel spin.

I've got as low as 5.3 on a pretty good concrete launch but reset the damn timer when I stopped so didn't get a picture. I've got about 2700 miles on it so Im going to try again.

Bone stock, I had 6.4 and 6.5 the two times i tried it :(

On fairly old blacktop road, about 88 degrees outside. And of course full tank of gas so...

What would be the ideal conditions to try this in?

basically quarter tank of gas
only the driver in the car, no cargo or passengers
cool temps outside (like 60ish i would think)
at sea level
No tire spin - so decent road condition not super humid
Level road
Strong tail winds to help push you

Well crap. I won't see 60 degrees here until next January

Besides that shouldn't be too bad to find an area like that. Thanks!

Aren't you below sea level there? Might counter the slightly higher temps
