After market exhaust with "mild to wild" option? Its this or get rid of the car...

I just got diagnosed recently with a rare ear disorder and I can not handle sitting in the car with the drone from my exhaust. The drone gives me a needling headache and i start to get dizzy. It has been beautiful, sunny and clear roads the last couple weeks here and I have had the car out of the garage once... and it is killing me haha.

As I sit right now I have MF's in the back. With all that I have done to this car I don't really think that I can use a stock muffler and flap. I, however, do want to have the option again for the flap in the exhaust so I can drive my car to work and not want to blow my brains out. Has anyone found an after market exhaust that works with a "mild to wild" set up that will work with the factory vacuum lines in the car?

Look in to j-pipes I had drone at 1500-2000 rpm it’s gone now .

LOL you built your car like that and complain about noise. I'm not laughing at you, don't get upset, I'm just marveling at that irony lol.

The only exhaust that doesn't drone is Corsa. But it is screaming loud when paired with Headers at WOT, of course it cruises just fine. Cold starts are deafening in a garage.

Have you tried putting a resonated h pipe in the cars I've heard on you tube sound pretty quiet that way. I have a 800+ car with arh longtube with x pipe to factory exhaust with a forza 3 way exhaust controller reasonably quiet at freeway speeds in quiet mode and no drone at all quiet or loud.

Billy Boat Fusion.... Full 3" cat back and uses dual mode like the factory...From the people I have talked to that have it, its pretty quiet with the flaps closed

Closing the flaps on the OEM exhaust makes a huge difference. I am sure the Billy Boat would make a difference as well.

Also, I HIGHLY reccomend this controller:

I absolutely love it, for sure worth the money. You can keep the flaps 100% closed or open anytime even during start up, or keep the OEM mode where they open up and close depending on the RPM.

qYou don't need a new exhaust or some or other expensive stuff. Just have an exhaust shop Bend up some J pipes and weld them on your drone will be gone.

How loud is your car with the flaps closed and headers?? I was thinking about going that route for start ups and cruising when i dont want to be a menace..lol.. There arent too many vids on you tube with flaps closed with headers

I have 2" headers, resonated cat deletes, BBK 2.75" x-pipe into stock mufflers with the ADM exhaust controller. It's still loud, but closing the exhaust valve really quiets it down with no drone. I should add I'm at 784 rwhp right now.

.... Wasnt planning on getting a disorder that 3000 people a year get. Thanks for laughing at something that you find"ironic" and I find incredibly frustrating and may have to quit my job for.
