before and after dyno charts

Anyone have before and after dyno charts for their car with just the rotofab?

Regular rotofab: Zero to 10hp gains without a tune. Most of the time it's zero.

Big Gulp: requires a tune. Gains come as bottlenecks are removed.

So the claimed 26hp gain is just a peak gain somewhere along the RPM spectrum and not something that has a real world impact?

Zero gain on dyno on my ZLE. I doubt you’d gain more than 10 on any accurate dyno. I can not imagine a 26 HP gain with any CAI on an untuned stock engine. The stock intake is quite efficient. Also, an engine is only going to gain HP from increased airflow to the extent it can effectively use it. Add a CAI for looks or supercharger whine or in anticipation of future mods. You may notice some increased throttle response, I did not. But if you are going to stay stock, don’t spend money on a CAI to chase dyno numbers or increase your odds at the stop light olympics.

Rotofab with a tune should exceed those projections.

Ted is arguably one of the most knowledgeable experts on our cars in the US, if not the planet. And he helps everyone here tremendously. You might want to pay attention when he posts. And maybe read a little more before you put him down.

No, Ted is a good guy and a sponsor. Was just genuinely curious why he was suggesting videos that had nothing to do with your topic that’s all.

Within the video I show the gains from the Rotofab Sorry it is long but it is there.

The Supercharger is Air hungry so the Rotofab alone does make a significant difference, Many of my customers have reported 2-4 Tenths of a second improvement at the track, Dyno testing has shown at least 10 RWHP or more.

What is in my videos, if you watch and listen carefully is information that is very valuable in understanding WHY the calibration is so important and why just throwing parts on is not the correct way to go.

If you go in to the videos with pre Prejudice then you will miss out.

Ted.
