I am at 11:1 and use the 6's no problem... Speckles can be normal and caused from cleaning products also or contaminants getting in, the white one to answer your question is normal.....the miscolored one is the one that's fouled, not knowing how many miles you put on it before the pic why worry about the normal white low mile plug? the real question is are you having some misfiring issue or bad plug wire or something other for a issue? And I may pull my plugs after 10k to stare at one.....
