Just a thought, is it possible my pushrod length could be off costing me hp? My porter said the lowest gain he has seen from the work O had done on hp side was +23

Curious if there is a lot more average hp/tq now than the peak numbers suggest?

I believe some of the torque came from the milling.

Thats what my porter said but he also said isnt right with 11hp...He wants me to measure pushrod length again and check for vacuum leaks

It was up 20 hp at 5k but hp seems to drop off quicker after 6k

The drop off is opposite of what you would expect. Mine carried out a lot more compared to the stock head. AFR / timing was good ?

Yes A/F was good and he added timing until it produced KR and backed off until there wasn't any KR...
