There's a longer video on FB showing the entire Q&A session (about 25 minutes long) and it's filmed from the passenger side. You can see him hold the push start button for several seconds and then go to the Mylink screen before starting it. He called it Show Mode. It's a great video with a lot of good info.

I guess I missed it. Some of the videos were duplicates of the same info so I probably didn't watch the whole thing.
