Just know when you cut the stock exhaust loose from the stock connection pipes, it comes out in one long piece. Basically everything from the cats back in one piece. Its a little awkward and heavy.

Does it really?!? I thought the suitcase could be removed by itself.

Even to do an axle back system you have to cut the OEM exhaust ?!?

The stock exhaust is all one piece after the first set of cats. For an axle back exhaust you have to cut the factory suitcase off.

Installing 1"7/8 headers with catless, X-pipe and stock mufflers. Do you think resonators are best option than glasspack?

Glasspacks will make it quieter than a resonator however, its hard to find a glasspack that will fit. Most glasspacks that are 3" inlet/outlet are about 2.5" internally due to the packing which might be a restriction. I would use resonators. Vibrant 1794 or 1795 resonators will work very well.

Will the glass pack be able to handle the HP these cars put out as well a future HP plans? kind of like factory Cats? I know the Kooks green cats are rated to like 1000 hp or something.

SLP Loudmouth 2 is a very high quality bottle style muffler (glasspack). It will work just fine but like I said, 3" inlet/outlet, is about 2.5" internally.

you will be glad to know these headers are easier to install than the S550 cars lol.

and yeah this ZL1 exhaust ain't heavy, it's just awkward. another set of hands for a couple minutes will be handy

Ha! I’m surprised to hear headers are easier to do on these cars than on the S550 platform.

There is zero room to do anything in the engine bay of a 6 Gen Camaro !
