Fuel questions

Ok so i have a 2017 zl1 , currently has 2 inch headers , roto fab intake , x pipe and tune , puts down 650 whp 670 wtq , now i want to pulley and go e85 , do i need to upgrade fuel system for this ?

I believe I recall other people saying you have to modify the fuel system with E85. Hopefully someone will answer for sure.

Yea im trying to plan my next move with car so it will be helpful for sure

Short answer: Most folks can run up to ~E50 on the stock ZL1 fuel system. But you'll need new tank pump, new HP pump and injectors to get full 100% E85 w/ a pulley.

Better answer: Head over to the forced induction section... lots of really good info there.

Also look for the WeaponX posts on fueling, they are very informative. Ted Jannety's posts are also very good.

I sure hope you have had the tune done, what does your tuner say? are you fighting a fuel deficiency problem now?
