Yes it can. This is actually what most of us are doing (including myself!).

Yes, I have had one since Christmas and love it! Night and day difference my friend

Wow, fast shipping! I ordered on Friday and received today. Very classy packaging, too. Install was easy ( other than folding my creaky old self under the dash). I put the control on the little vertical area in the gap under the steering column. You don’t really notice it unless you are looking for it. Initial impression is that it works as advertised, response is way snappier than stock, and I like the many adjustment levels. Great product, good job Soler Performance!

I'm curious how many of you that have both the Soler TB and TC feel it's a bit to much in terms of responsiveness. I just installed their TB, and to be honest it feels about perfect to me. Any more would almost be to snappy and responsive I feel. I had the Pedal Commander throttle controller on my Mustang, and with like 30 settings you could make it super responsive. But it just didn't feel right, because these throttle controllers don't actually the change the built in delays or dead spots, they just amplify the signal

I recently installed the throttle body and controller. I've been driving with the controller in OEM while allowing the ECM to relearn, but today I decided to play around with it since I've put on enough miles.

I tried a few different settings. The SP.X settings are too much. They're way too hot and make it really hard to drive the car smoothly. I like the CF.X settings much more, and even then I think a setting below CF.5 will likely be the final one I go with. Still a much better product overall than the Vitesse for less money.

Are you able to see the controller in that spot?

I don't need to see it. I set it at P2.5, I hid it in that little cavity under the steering wheel and I am never gonna touch it again unless I have to change the setting.

Installed the controller today and put the control box in the console. The wire is just long enough!

I settled on SP.6 for now, although I played around with the LU settings also.

Installation was easy, or at least as easy as working on these cars ever is! LOL!

I grabbed one of these from a member on the forum and I finally got around to installing today. I just went for a quick test drive but I'm loving it so far!

I'm curious, if I unplug the display/"controller" and leave everything else plugged in, what will happen? I'd like to be able to unplug the display and hide the wires if I ever needed to bring my car into the dealership.

I don’t know for sure, but I think the throttle won’t work unplugged, as the Soler wiring interrupts the signal from the pedal. I think I remember the instructions saying the OEM setting is a pass-thru of the signal.
Contact Soler, maybe they make a shunt plug you can plug the controller end into and hide it away under the dash.
Although on second thought, the plug at the pedal will still be there and will be a giveaway that something isn’t stock.
Might be just as easy to unplug the Soler wire at the pedal when you need to take it in.

They look even better in person.

It’s going to be a long few months before I can try them out.
