1LE VS Eibach

I have a 2010 camaro v6 and I'm deciding on a suspension upgrade. I just recently got into auto crossing and would like to upgrade my suspension. I'm looking at the 1LE upgrade and the Eibach Pro-System Plus Suspension Kit for 2010-11 Camaro V6, does anybody know which of these would be better for track time improvement? I don't care so much for comfort. Any feedback helps too, thanks.

I was put in Novice Street (NSTP), but I may have to change that since my times were not as fast compared to the other person in my class. I'm keeping my budget around $1200.
