Camaro brand charger/tender

Hello everyone had this camaro tender for about year and a half now and it’s not going to green even after hours on the car. Not able to warranty it so just checking in to see if I am missing something before I trash it and get a differnt one.
If it’s on the car a few hours and I unplug then replug in to the wall it goes green for a few mins then back to red.
Thanks for any help.
Also our factory batteries are AGM correct?
If I replace our Walmart has the pictured below, any good?
Thank

Have your battery tested. It could be the charger, but it's more likely the battery.

That's a CTEK rebranded by GM.

Not sure about wal-mart's price. I got a CTEK MXS 5.0 off amazon for about $85. I would recommend you go with a charger that has a dedicated AGM mode (not a dual-mode) if you have an AGM.

I have a working GM charger that is, as ctrlz says, a rebranded CTEK, but I'm no longer using it because it got replaced by a fancy Optimate 6

Richie, if you want my old GM charger as a quick free stopgap, it's yours, just pay for shipping.

I too have and regularly use a CTEK MXS 5.0. Two of my 3 cars are non-AGM, so it's nice to be able to need only one unit that can switch modes.

Battery is still 12.82v day after driving and after almost 4 weeks of sitting it’s 12.63v. Hook up the GM branded maintaining charger it stay red(picture below). Is this charger bad? I can’t find where others have had this issue so it’s hard for me to just write it off as bad charger. From what I read from the voltages I have I can’t imagine the battery is bad?
I let it charge for about 3 hours last night no change , light stayed red, before it’s was hour or so and light went green.
Let me know what you guys think.
Thanks
Richie

Looks like a re logo'd C Tek to me. Check out their website, I think it's an MXS 5 or something like that that I have,....a brilliant device,....leave it on as long as you like, it will keep your battery in good shape.
