How much WHP to beat Hellcat?

Was wondering with the weight difference. How much wheel Hp would a Camaro need In order to beat a stock Hellcat. In every way (dig, roll, etc…) in a M6

Assuming both cars are hooking good AND assuming a stock hellcat, 550+rwhp heads cam e85 should walk the hellcat. A blower set up making 600 rwhp+ should do it as well. A 150 shot of nitrous would also walk it.

3 ways to do it, ie it ain’t hard to do in the ALPHA chassis

I would agree, hooking is the most important thing. A blower would be the best so they don't drive around you on the big end. The blower will mph more then and NA or NOS car. If the Hellcat has any mods you'll need more then 600 rwhp for sure.

The driver is also a BIG factor here. I’ve seen a stock c6 z06 walk a hellcat at the strip because he knew how when to let off at the Christmas tree, and the hellcat driver didn’t know how to stop spinning on his street tires…

There's a video of a FBO with MSD and 103mm TB that will match a charger hellcat on drags in a 1/4 so 10.8 give or take a few tenths.

Oh I believe it, I've seen a 1 seat LT1 on a drag pack and just e85 and longtubes neck and neck with a stock charger hellcat.

I beat the hell out of the widebody scat pack at autocross. Thing is slow and goofy.

If the Hellcat is a auto trans car and your Camaro is a 6 speed manual I would add another 75 horse to what ever your calculations are to make sure.
