Broken transmission mount

2016 2ss M6 69,000 miles

Broken transmission mount found when servicing for new trans fluid. Probably happened before I bought it.

1 hr labor + parts. Around $400.

Possibly, but do I remember you losing an engine? (or am I losing my mind?). If the engine was pulled… My first guess would be that repair work was the precipitating factor. But, maybe it just simply failed, which seems kinda unusual.

Yes sir thats correct. And that’s exactly what I was thinking, but they seemed to think it looked old.
