Help....Questions about purchasing a GEN 6 modded ZL1

Hey guys, new on here. Considering purchasing a 2020 ZL1 A10. Car has longtube headers, griptec 2.30 supercharger pulley, ported blower, Nick Williams 103mm throttle body, RotoFab big gulp cold air intake, elite engineering catch can. It has a dyno sheet from Complete Street Performance in Westchester Pennsylvania...Makes 669 RWHP, AND 674 RWTQ...

Question is this: I heard these cars with ported blowers have issues with heat soaking. Is this true? Would this build indicate that? Second, not (exactly) familiar with heat soaking. What exactly is it, and should I be concerned??

Thanks in advance....

Did it make 669whp on Ethanol? If so, be sure you want to own a car that relies on ethanol or blending at the pump. My rs3 is running e85 and while the power is amazing, it is a pita in my area to fill up with ethanol, and my mpg dropped to about 13. In the zl1, I would think that number may be closer to 9mpg or so on ethanol.
