Certainly. But getting into one is a much bigger initial expense. I can gap them and hellcats now anyway

However, if you want to go over 1000, you may need an LSX block, D60 or 9 inch rear, T400 or PowerGlide trans, 15 inch conversion, etc. None of that stuff comes on the ZL1 and you would be getting rid of all the stuff that makes the ZL1 better.

I have a 2010 2SS and did all the things in my signature. I made 536 RWHP on the dyno at Jannetty.

Car must be in really low boost to only make that hp with a 2.9l whipple. Plus I noticed no cam

Yea, my friends Whippled up 2012 LS3 with a cam at 7psi made 683rwhp, and they told him he could have more if he wanted to go 10psi, he said nah, this is enough! lol
