door abl kit from Gen5 DIY

I have the Door ABL Kit from Gen5DIY looking to sell, kit includes the Ice Blue LEDs and the light pipes. Would cost $90 new plus shipping, willing to sell for $50 shipping included.

it was purchased to add to car without ABL, but you can use this to add to bottom of door or to add to dash, DIYs on that and only require you to cut the light pipes and tap power for the lights.

Ok two questions to confirm, first are the ice blue leds the ones to match the factory ones? And is this the complete plug and play kit? If it is I'll buy it.

I will post up a pic after work showing what it will look like installed on a door panel. These are the standard Ice Blue LEDs. Also for install you will have to t-tap the wires to the window switch unless you have your BCM reprogrammed.

Quotes from others on this

When I replaced my door panels I saw the plug in for the ABL in the doors, but my understanding is that in the non-2LT or 2SS models, that power is NOT available at the plug in. (so I didn't even try it) Do you know if that is true?

That is true the plug does not work unless you get your BCM programmed. It's a lot cheaper to just T-Tap into your window switch. It's the yellow and black wires. Plus this way you can dim and brighten your LEDs as you wish

just did a quick install of the light pipe and attached the led to it, you can see it in the pic of the door panel, I have a set not attached to car so easy to install real quick. From what I have read it is easier if you do not have abl already to just t-tap your window switch.
