OP will find just about any new tire relatively more quiet. What matters more, IMO, is how the car will be used, and since OP is a Dallas highway daily driver, then an all-season is best.
I put a set of Michelin Pilot AS4 on the wife's DD and they grip quite well and are no louder than anything else she's had before. If wet and winter/snow traction is more important than dry performance grip, then Michelin Crossclimate might be an option. They're very smooth riding and very quiet with a three-snowflake winter rating. |
