but you do have to come and pick it up, I can't ship this thing, sorry.

It's used and has many rock chips at the bottom, but all tabs and visible areas are intact with no scratches or broken pieces. It's also ceramic coated, relatively easy to keep clean. No hardware included, you'll need to transfer them from yours (bumper strip retainers, reflectors, screws).
