After reading the eBay info I know why....

You never drove it!

I understand babying during the break in period but after that you need to drive it!

Take it to car meets, the track, drag race it!

Find a good curvy road that is lightly traveled and open her up!

You don't date a super model and then never take her out for fun or vacations!

I challenge you to drive your ZL1 aggressively for 50 miles and see if your option changes a bit.

Now if this is being done for financial reasons then never mind the above.

It's more of a money thing. I CAN afford it, but it hurts every month I pay out $750 for a car I rarely drive :( I love the car like crazy, I've never raced it or anything but I've played around in it and it was a blast. I just can't bring myself to keep it and keep paying so much on it when my daily driver is a piece of crap. I'll have another Camaro someday, I'm positive of that. I might wait until the 16's come out to see what I think.

But sorry to see you have to make this decision. I was going to say just make this your DD, but you're in Michigan so that only works half the year.

You may be better off with paying the money on the car then the bank, if inflation hits you would be better off.

I know you have it on ebay, but what is you your bottom price. It looks like a nice car and I am interested. I do not like ebay and will not use them.

Thumbs up

That is exactly why I saved prior and paid for mine out right. No payment equals no worries! My car is stored 6 months of the year which is just the norm where I live. I understand the reasoning behind if you are not using it and making such huge payments without the enjoyment then she's gotta go! Did the same thing a few years ago with a ZO6 Vette. I could afford the payment but it just rubbed me the wrong way to make the payment when the car sat most of the time. I feel your pains!

Did the car sell? If you would please tell us what you got out of it so if any of us want to sell ours we will know what the market is.
