This is awesome. Great information and insight and cheers for taking it upon yourself to fix this problem. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread for sure.

Reading the reviews on the corvette forum and all this data is making me want to buy this even though I already have a ported TB.

My car has a hesitation at about 1800-2000 rpm. It's most noticeable in traffic, just trying to maintain say 30 mph in 3rd gear, it is really unsteady. I can't find anything wrong with the car, no misfires or anything. Any chance this TB would help with that? My car is completely stock.

If I send in a Weapon-X PTB for the Rework program, will it be identical after rework to a new OEM unit that you've worked?

If so, I'll be sending mine this week.

Thanks.

I have a Cold Air Induction CAI and it uses a TB spacer with a small spike to eliminate the whistle sound. Will I continue to use the spacer with this re-worked TB or not?

Have you guys performed any of this porting and testing on the LT5 95mm throttle body?

Keep us updated!

Also for those worried about the warranty, the throttle body is REALLY easy to change on the LT1, just put the stock one back on when you take her to the dealer. Hopefully this won't throw codes so they would have no way of knowing it was ever on the car.

Sounds good...still on the fence about changing the stock TB, been debating this for a while now. Might have to try this one out.

I’m also very tempted because driving a stickshift I can feel the lack of throttle response and can’t blame it on the tranny. Makes it hard to modulate pedal pressure.
