Added some safety and restraint
I made the switch to a zl1 1le, but i always felt these cars need a bar and race seats for track use. Here is a pic.

Looks good. The seats look very easy to remove, so I've been wanting to swap out for track weekends, but hadn't until someone figures out an airbag light fix. My concern isn't re: airbags not firing when I'm secured in w/ a harness, it is that after I put the OE seat back in, I'd have to have the code cleared every time at the dealer for the airbags to work again. I have a pair of 2 year old Sparco Evo's in my basement gathering dust... I'm interested to know what bar you used, and what you did for the rear seat? You happy with the install functionally & asthetically?

The driver's seat has bolt on halo pieces. I thought it would be nice if I ever want to drive on the street.

Love the look of that. Is that cage from RPM Roll bars, or somewhere else?

I'm not familiar with the ZL1. But I bet you shaved some weight losing the stock seats?
