Low rpm and idle vibration

Started car up today and noticed a small vibration I feel on the clutch pedal you can also hear it slightly with doors closed and windows shut. So I'm idling with the clutch pushed in I don't feel it, If i release clutch while in neutral and at idle i feel the vibration, i feel it upon releasing the clutch and and at very low rpm. Once i get moving it goes away. Today is my 4th or 5th day on the procharger and today is the first time I noticed it. Any ideas??

I installed the air filter kit that allows you to use a strut tower brace and that's when it started. So I took that off and vibration gone, I'm thinking its cause its up against the AC line??
