They often compare from a roll - but not this time. Big difference then, besides TRX would have to stop and fill up every second pass!

Don't underestimate 4WD launch. Some guy just broke in to the 11s with a stock 392 Wrangler Rubicon on 33 AT tires! Kept hitting the 99 mph speed limiter, so would have been low/mid elevens. Crazy times we're in!!

Yea, the weight/hp looks about equal so I assume HPE tuned the TRX engine and diff., and the TRX gets moving a little quicker down low

Truck is limited to 119 mph (I think) unless they changed that. Probably did and I wonder if they even beefed up any of the trans stuff, probably not.

This is typical Hennessy. Whatever they’re trying to sell you will be made to look better in their videos no matter what other vehicle it’s racing against. It’ pathetic.

It surprises me how much controversy and negative opinion there is about them, and they still get big corporate partners like Pennzoil and Shell. The PR departments in those companies don't seem to be doing their homework.

I just emailed my contact at HPE to find the details of the Durango build, and will post asap.

They are very quick to about 100mph before aerodynamics take over. We're supposed to get our Hellcat Durango in 1-2 weeks.

This is absolute nonsense right here. I have a C8 and I can tell you it launches perfectly, there's no wheelspin, just stomp the gas pedal and it just goes and the official numbers say its quicker than a Hellcat Durango to 60 and through 1/4 and it is. That race is garbage.

Not enough bang for the buck on that truck. I pick ZL1 1LE.
