Automatic Transmission Fluid
What is the latest recommended ATF for the 8 speed auto? I saw Mobile 1 ATF LV. Is this correct?
When I went to the Advance Auto Parts web site it says Dexron VI.

Mobil 1 Synthetic LV ATF HP blue label, part number 19417577 has been the recommendation since Jan 2019, and it does prevent the shudder in the vast majority of cases (I've only heard of one exception since 2019).
The Dexron VI was the original recommended fluid that is known to be problematic, don't listen to AAP.

Thanks! I just wanted to make sure. I haven't had a lot of shudder since I started tuning with HPTuners but wanted to put the best in.

make sure you get the blue label Mobil 1 ATF, lots of vendors trying to get rid of the black label
