I bought mine, but one can also get a 3-day ACDelco TDS subscription or an Alldata subscription to download pages for a specific job.

Unfortunately, the standard purchase route via Helm, Inc. doesn't seem to be kept up to date, the latest manual I see there is still for my model year (2018), nothing for post-refresh cars, so at this point the TDS subscription is probably what I'd go for.

You are correct, as arpad has confirmed.
I don't break out the torque wrench for this kind of thing.
I tighten till it bottoms out, then slide my hand up close to the socket (effectively shortening the lever) and make it "super snug." Pretty hard to overtighten it this way.
