Adams graphene uv kit
Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any experience with this product? Just a quick back story on myself. I've always been a standard carnuba and detail spray guy. Started looking into ceramics and found this one at my dealer. Woth the rewards points I got when I picked up my lt1 I can get the kit for $10. Was hoping to get some opinions and personal experiences while keeping in mind it's basically a $10 buy in. Thanks everyone! |

Are you talking the Advanced graphene spray or the actual full blown coating.
I had the Advanced Graphene spray that used the UV tech. I had a big UV light and its really hard to even see. I thought it was useless and didnt try the UV after 1 panel. Now my biggest issue for me was the smell was so bad and toxic smelling. I had to wear a respirator mask to even use it. I had my garage door open and all and within 30sec it started gving me a headache. I have a very sensitive nose though. I sent it back and would never use any of their graphene stuff again.

It's not the spray it's the wipe on coating, kit comes with the coating, bottle of prep spray, a bottle of boost spray, the uv light and all the needed towels, applicators and what not

I have used the Graphene Advanced Coating, so the traditional wipe-on coating, so not exactly what you're looking for, but I did have the UV light, and that does work well depending on the color of your car.
On my wife's Victory Red Saturn Sky, the light worked fantastic. Was easily able to see where the coating had been applied and to make sure I didn't miss any spots. On my Rapid Blue Camaro, the UV light was useless. Since it makes the coating "glow" a light shade of blue, it just blended in with the color of the car and I couldn't tell what was the car's paint color, and what was the graphene coating. If you have a color where a light blue "glow" from the coating would contrast well with the car, I think it's a nice addition. However, if the UV "glow" and the car's color is too close, I'd go ahead and skip it.

It's shadow gray metallic so uv should show. Honestly I'm thinking for the cost after points I might just give it a go

I used it. First time using a real ceramic coating
Not bad to apply Just keep it out of the sun It’s been on my car and truck for 6 months and outperforms anything I’ve ever seen personally
