I'm glad u posted today. I didn't know this thread existed. I got my 21 rs v6 manual new last January for 29k out the door. I like it very much, have 19k miles on it.I have learned it corners better in sport mode( steers better) and runs better on 89 octane. I have had the back end feel spooky in high speed corners a few times. Wish I had got the 1le .Mine is a little soft for me.Dealers want 10k for a trade for v6 1le.

Hmm, while I definitely prefer the 1LE, I don’t think it’s $10k better than what you have. If you aren’t planning on doing a lot of road course events then you could really get a lot of the way just with tires. I’m not sure what your car came with, but the 1LE has summer-only tires with staggered width. I think fronts are 245 and rears are 275. For the street most of the 1LE upgrades don’t really matter I bet!

I have 245-40-20 all season factory tires. They have gotten better as tread has worn down.I agree I don't need all 1le parts. I think 1le shocks, springs, sway bars would be enough.Maybe stiffing rear cradle bushings.I will get summer tires maybe with light 18"-8.5" or 18"-9" wheels. I have used summer tires year round for last 20yrs.

But I just wanted to say I'm 100000% glad I went with the 1LE. It has been fantastic, and I think just that little extra bit special. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
I concur. I looked long and hard for the perfect used V6 1LE, and actually had it shipped to Florida from Ohio. Don't regret my choice one bit. Finally found time this past week to do the Soler throttlebody and Cold Air Inductions CAI upgrade, and that has certainly added a little kick to the throttle. Its a very fun car, and unfortunate that GM decided to kill the V6 1LE for the 2022 model year.

16 months later I have found a 21 v6 1le I like with 23k miles. My 21 rs v6 has 46k miles and I have to give $11,500. I drove a v6 1le 2 weeks ago , my fault.
