Husky Floor liners

Last week I purchased a set of husky floor liners for my 17 SS, front only.

I pulled them out of the box and they looked somewhat deformed.

The driver side is curled under around the upper left hand corner and the
passenger side is similar. The driver side also feels thin in that same area.

What has been your experiences with these floor mats?
Should they conform to the contours of the floor area once I put them in the car?

Should they be returned as defective?

Thanks for your thoughts.

You could try a hair dryer or heat gun to heat them up and see if you can get them back to form. Sometimes those things will get like that in the box but they'll usually return to normal with some heat.

Those look alright, but lack the coverage of the Huskys. I have them with no issues. Cut seemed a bit off at first glance (but nothing like what OP is describing), but once I put them in they fit perfectly. So far, I am very satisfied with them.

Try heating them as others suggested... If that does not work, contact Husky for a replacement.

Ordered from summit racing, reported the problem.

They are shipping me a new pair, hopefully the new ones will
be up to standard.

I bought mine from Summit also, they are thinner than the WeatherTech so some distortion is expected. They will need to stay in the car for some time to smooth out to the contour. Summer months inside car temps will make them conform much quicker.

They are shorter but as usual, fit perfectly as they have in all my vehicles. The Huskys were similar to the OP's description when I picked my car up in Md.,it was 43 degrees. A few days later at home in Florida they fit just fine. but good on Summit for replacing them. Dollar for dollar,Weathertech is a better product but not worth the extra scratch.

I had the exact same problem and was told by Husky that it was defective, so I returned it. Ordered a replacement from somewhere else that was dropshipped from Husky, same problem but not as severe. After having them in the Camaro for a few days they look fine. If it's really bad return/get a replacement, but they should even out.

That was one of the reasons I went with Husky, the WeatherTech are to short.
