citizens arrest has been practiced in the united states since the american revolution(if you want proof do research) and yes you can make a citizen arrest for a misdemeanor (he tried to flee) and yes that includes a minor.

That, or maybe some of us have professions that deal with law day-to-day.

There are judges, lawyers, police officers, prosecutors, etc. that own camaros.

Sorry to disappoint everyone but...
There was no beating up an 11 year old kid (as much as I PROBABLY wanted to)
There was no dad beating up my neighbor or me. (We didn't touch him)
There will be no more pictures of the "lady" she's the sister calling the dad and she's 15!

None the less. Thanks everyone for the output and comments. I just wish I had my car like it used to be. No more no less.

One of the many reasons I have security cameras around my house. The children don't watch their children and aren't made accountable for their actions.
