My ZL1 is built, I didn't order it with a 1LE. I believe I may have gotten in just before the ZL1 was delayed. Thus, I'm going to do what I can to make sure I buy the car.

No 2022s are currently being allocated.

Oh damn... so i guess having the car for this summer looks like it wont happen. I even went to the biggest dealer in my area hoping it would be better.

I have a sneaking suspicion that with the 2023 model year starting production in June that anybody in Canada with a ZLE order will have some more waiting to do.

I did not realize they do not allocate anything with summer tires during the cold season (not sure if this affects just ZLE or both ZL1 and SS 1LE also). This means that they likely won't allocate anything until mid-March which leaves a very narrow window for our cars to be produced as 2022s, meaning we would have to reorder our cars as 2023s and start waiting again.

I got some news from my dealer. Apparently my car was accepted into production, so I am now at 2500 or 3000 status. My dealer said they would tell me when I have a TPW, but due to the tire constraints (1LE) I may not hear anything until end of Feb, or possibly March. Still pretty excited, as I order in July 2021. Hopefully I will get the car in April or May.

Just commented in another thread.. looks like we are in the same with the tires holding us back. When I ordered in oct i was told feb or march...heres to hoping i move passed 1100 soon. Ideally id like to pick it up in may or june.. its the "now knowing" thats a killer.

My salesman let me know today that my wife's ZL1 vert has a TPW of Mar 21st. They expect it will arrive at the dealership the end of April or early May.

I am aware of that one, thanks for the link. It has red seatbelts and less options than our order. The dealer wants $5K over MSRP so we'll pass. Ours is finally getting built the week of March 21st. It will be over a year since the order date by the time we get it.

Once you go vert with a ZL1 there aren't many options. Just curious which ones it missing.
