Angry Nightmare Camaro/Dealership Problem

So I have a 2011 Camaro SS LS3 ~21K miles longtube headers, dyno tune, and other basic mods and it is at the dealership right now for the 6th time for the same problem!!! They can’t seem to figure it out. The only reason I keep going back is because I only had to pay for the 1st visit like $700-$800. These are the parts they replaced and in this order:
1) pos/neg cable that runs from battery to engine
2) starter relay
3) starter
4) ECM
5) fuse box

Here is the problem:
Scenario 1: When I turn the key it does a loud click or 2 or 3 before it cranks. This doesn’t happen every startup. (nighttime video)
Scenario 2: I come out to the car and try to crank it and nothing happens. And a jump start does nothing. I have to push start. It makes a sound coming from the relay I pointed at. This doesn’t happen often but when it does I would be stranded (daytime video)

Also one time while I was driving the service stabili trac message and light randomly came on while I was driving.

What should I do? What do you guys think is the problem??

Did you have the battery and alternator tested?

I'm pretty sure they tested everything in their protocol the many times it was there.

Clicking when starting sounds like a bad starter. Since you've already replaced that it might be a good idea to check the cables running from the starter.

EDIT: Sort of related... the other day while working on some electrical equipment I found a cable that looked good from the outside but was bad on the inside. Using a multimeter I was able to see that it was bad. I ended up replacing it but was curious as to why it was bad. After cutting it open I found that the cable had torn on the inside. Is it possible that perhaps yours is torn somewhere or not properly connect on one end?

Seems like the 'ole <12.5 volt battery scenario to me. Rarely see any electrical gremlin pop-up on these pages that doesn't eventually come back to a bad battery from 10-12 era.
As they are a dealer, they should just try a new\newer battery to determine.

The battery was changed like a couple years ago. Y’all don’t think they checked the battery at the dealership? Have you guys seen the videos I posted?

I would say battery or ground problem.

Those fix 95% of all electrical gremlins.

Just saw them. They didn't pop up the first time I replied. I'm not entirely sure how that relay is wired underneath but something tells me that either it's not getting the correct voltage or there's a short somewhere in that circuit.

I've never looked at that part of our cars but is it possible for you to trace the cables connecting to that relay?

My guess is a bad ground.
Did you install a CAI and move the ground cable? Evidently these cars are VERY sensitive to ground connections.

I would call the service department and see if they have load tested the battery just to be sure.

If they replaced the parts you listed I'd say you've got a bad ground . Check around the engine bay. There was a post about someone having starter issues due to heat ,but turned out to be a bad ground . Granted your issue isn't heat but it is still a starter issue.
