issue
Hey guys want to know if this would piss you off. not going to name the vendor. as of yet. i ordered some MBRP TIPS.. i received them on friday and they were bent scratched and looked used.. so i call the vendor right away and they tell me to send pic and they will call where they got them from for a RMA number. so i called monday and tuesday and they tell me they cant get a hold of the company as they will not call them back or email them. am i wrong for being pissed at the company where i bought the tips from.. should they not just give me a refund back now.. please let me know thanks

Yep, You bought them from them, they should replace/refund them.

thank you for your feedback.. going to give them a few more hours to do the right thing.. and then going to contact paypal. my car is at the shop waiting to hear back from me taking up room there guy is starting to get mad at me

You have every right to be upset. The vendor is the one that needs to deal with a supplier. If the vendor can't, they should have issued you a return shipping label and a refund.

The vendor is probably waiting to see how the supplier wants to handle the return. Theres no question you should be refunded or sent a new product, but the vendor you bought it from probably also needs the approval of the supplier. That would be my guess since the supplier controls the returns of their product and the vendor you bought from has different return policies.
